My struggles, challenges and joys have lead me to the thing I want to do with my life: comfortably, confidently and effectively engage with the people I live, work and play with.

I come alive when I connect with a live audience, when I hold attention at a workplace training, when I remind adults how to play again.

We had an absolutely fantastic deep-dive class with Trista, exploring a new long-form format with our show group. What initially felt like a huge challenge—with so many layers and elements far outside our comfort zone—she unpacked clearly and guided us through step by step.

Trista was honestly great...she always brought so much energy to her classes, and it was infectious! It helped bring us beginners out of our shells...she also really stretched us with the different games that she played, and within the games pushed us to try harder, think more creatively, and focus on the scene rather than our own reaction to things! She was also super supportive to those of us for whom creativity doesn't come naturally (like myself)...I felt comfortable to be silly, to be vulnerable, or in her words, to fuck it up!
