My struggles, challenges and joys have lead me to the thing I want to do with my life: comfortably, confidently and effectively engage with the people I live, work and play with.

I come alive when I connect with a live audience, when I hold attention at a workplace training, when I remind adults how to play again.

I really enjoyed the class. We were able to dive in in a way that felt structured but not too school-y. Trista created a really safe space for us to explore silliness and cringe without feeling silly or cringey. I know I'll be able to take what I learned and apply it to more than just comedy.
